Rider Alvaro Bautista finally became official Tuesday, Honda Gresini rider for the 2012 racing season.Bautista, Hiroshi Aoyama change the position of the move to the Superbike Championship. Baustista as a substitute imported from Suzuki.
26-year-old drivers only managed to finish 13th in the ranking of the 2011 season final standings. The best results are achieved only finish fifth in the MotoGP in the UK in June.
"I was sad to leave after serving two years Suzuki's incredible there, they dalah outstanding team and I learned many things from everyone on the team," said Bautista as reported by Reuters.
Gresini welcomed the arrival of Bautista. According to team owner Fausto Gresini, Bautista was chosen because it is a fast racer and has a charming personality.
"I am very satisfied that Alvaro will be riding a Honda RC213V with the color of the San Carlo Honda Gresini team next year," said Gresini team's official website.
"I am sure he will integrate very well with us and will undergo unpleasant experiences in the future," he continued.
