Use a large fork

Increase fruit and vegetable
Reduced fat does not mean to reduce food portions. Add the fruit in each of your meals and feel the body feel full longer.
Rachel Begun, a nutritionist at New York suggested to serve fruit or vegetables at every snack or meal at a large slip.
Obey the rules of eating sweet
Occasionally, people who diet will definitely feel bored and cheating by eating sweet snacks high in fat. Biscuits covered in chocolate cake was to be sought after.
